The boarders of the tribe territories are firmly set and known by all.
The trespassing of the boarder can be punished by death if the tribe that was endangered chooses so. They usually let the trespassers go with a warning and mention them at the next tribe meeting where they are punished if they weren't punished sooner.
The meeting of all tribes are held at the beginning of each season. Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter.
They are held inside the mountain Hele.
Mountain Hele is a neutral territory that everyone can come to.
In it's inside there is a roundly shaped rock that glows. It's used when someone is becoming a shaman. The shamans touch the ball and exchange their gift of speak for the power of a shaman.
Not everyone can become a shaman, a tribe can only have one. The stone has effect only on the first day of a new season. The day of the Tribal Meeting.
The tribes sometimes agree to help each other but that's usually quite rare.
